Please check your goods on receipt.  If any goods are faulty, please advise sales@trophycentre.co.nz  immediately.  If this is a product fault, we will arrange a replacement for you.  

Warranty

Should you discover any defects in your product, please contact us via our contact link, to help us arrange a replacement on receipt of the item. When replacements are not available we may, at our discretion, provide a complete refund.

Delivery

We will not deliver to a Post Office box or any address in which we deem suspicious. We ship our goods using either New Zealand Couriers, Now Couriers or CourierPost for New Zealand deliveries or NZ Post International Express for overseas deliveries. Should you feel that your goods do not arrive in good condition, please feel free to contact us. We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all unbranded and non-copyrighted custom trophy design work is the property of TrophyCentre. We reserve the right to reproduce our design and promote our design on our website and social media channels.
When redrawing customer artwork or logos, this remains the customer’s property. We are not responsible for copyrighted designs supplied to us for manufacture. When a customer sends us artwork, they accept that they are legally authorised to use and produce that artwork.

Privacy

Your privacy is very important to TrophyCentre. With that in mind, we have established and implemented information handling practices that we believe are consistent with the highest standards and best practices of organizations doing business on the Internet. This privacy policy describes the practices that apply to our site, including, specifically, the information we collect about you, when and how we collect that information and what may happen to that information.

• we will not collect personally identifiable information like your name, e-mail and mailing address and telephone number (“Personal Information”) without your knowledge and permission;
• we will not disclose your Personal Information to third parties unless you have authorized us to do so;

TrophyCentre does not collect personally identifiable information on our website, such as your name, address, e-mail address or telephone number, without your knowledge. Such information is collected only when you knowingly and voluntarily submit it to us (as, for example, when you contact us via e-mail). TrophyCentre uses such voluntarily submitted information for the purposes for which it was submitted.

When you place an order TrophyCentre will ask you to provide certain information about yourself, such as your name, mailing address, or e-mail address. The personal information you submit when placing your order is treated as confidential. We use this information to process your transaction, and we share the information with Visa, Mastercard, Paypal etc. in order to process your order.

We use cookies

Cookies allow TrophyCentre to remember you. If we didn’t use cookies you would have to enter your details each time you visited. If you really prefer not to use cookies you can set your browser preferences to not accept cookies. Most websites however, including TrophyCentre, require cookies to process your orders.

Trends, Tracking and Sharing Information

TrophyCentre uses standard software for monitoring statistical information such as how many visitors we have to our websites and what countries they are coming from. These statistics are viewed on an aggregate basis and help us get general overviews of customer trends. We do not look at individual customer data. Personal information specific to each sale is treated as strictly confidential and will only be reviewed or examined in the event of a dispute, claim, error or customer request.

TrophyCentre uses stringently tested technologies to ensure the security of information transmitted via our web site and maintained in our possession.
