Please send us exactly what you would like engraved as we are not able to proof read the engraving ourselves.

If you require a specific font style
There are 3 options if you are requiring a specific font style:
1. Send us your engraving details in a .PDF format in your required font style
2. Send us the font file (.ttf) (.otf)
3. If both of those options aren’t available to you, our in-house designers can try and find a suitable font that is similar to your original idea.

MAKE SURE YOUR LOGO IS ABLE TO BE ENGRAVED

What artwork do you need to provide?

The only thing we need to create your artwork are the details of the award you are wanting to present.
If you would like a logo on your award, then send that too.

Preferred files for logos are:

.eps (Encapsulated Post Script)
.cdr (CorelDraw)
.pdf (Portable Document Format)
.ai (Adobe Illustrator – CS5)
.afdesign (Affinity Design)

All of these files are a VECTOR File. This is our preferred file type for logos. We can accept .jpeg or bitmap image files for certain awards. We still require these images to be high resolution – a minimum of 300dpi.

We can re-draw your logo

If you only have a low quality image of your logo, but would like a high quality logo engraving, our designers can re-draw your logo for you.
This does come at an additional cost. Because of this, we will always ask you to source a vector file before we advise on the re-draw.

Proofing your award

All corporate awards and plaques get proofed to the customer before we engrave. We make sure it is 100% perfect and approved before we do any type of engraving. This is to make sure customers (you) are happy with every aspect before we engrave.
