Are you based in New Zealand?

We are 100% NZ owned and operated! We are the largest trophy and award retailer in NZ, offering in-store and online services.

I am wanting to order bulk items – do you offer bulk prices?

Yes, we do! If it’s not listed on the product, get in contact with us and we will find out if the item that you want is offered with bulk pricing.  

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay with Visa/MasterCard or Direct Bank Transfer.
Your payment is 100% secure. For your security and privacy, we do not retain credit card details.

Does TrophyCentre have parking?

Yes! Dedicated customer parking lots are available at each premises.

No problem! We keep a record of all previous orders, let us know what name or organisation the order was processed under last time, and we will be able to find it.

How much is engraving?

Engraving costs are displayed on each product page. The costs vary between each type of product. Sports and Victory trophies include free engraving, Medal engraving is $2.00 each, Corporate and Silverware have higher engraving costs.

How many lines of engraving can I have?

This varies across our products. When entering your text in the product page, there will be a maximum character limit. If you need more text, let us know and we can see what we can do. 

Can you engrave my personal item?

Yes, it is easiest if you come in-store so we can have a look at the item in person, but you can always send us a photo if you are unable to come in-store. 

What’s the cost of personalising an item?

It is very dependent on your item, and the process in which it is engraved. Please get in contact with us, and we will happily send you a quote.

Do you engrave in foreign languages?

Yes! Please make sure to send us exactly what you would like engraved as we may not be able to check and proof read your order before we engrave it.  

What processes do you have?

Rotary, CNC, Diamond, CO2 Laser, Fibre Laser, Sandblasting, UV Printing, Sublimation Printing. Get in touch with us if you would like to learn more!

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within New Zealand is set at a standard rate of $8.00 in Auckland and $10.00 for the rest of New Zealand per order. For rural delivery in New Zealand shipping is set at $15.00. Additional shipping fees may apply if urgent deliveries are required. Delivery days are Monday – Friday.

Do you ship to rural addresses?

Sure do! Rural shipping is $15 nationwide. Please allow for 3 extra days for your order to arrive.

How long will it take to process my order?

Our usual turnaround time is 1-2 days. In the checkout, the due date option is set to 2 days, you may change this to your due date. Large orders or orders requiring proofing will take a bit longer to process and produce but we will always work to your due date and will contact you if the timeframe is tight.

Does turnaround time include delivery?

No, our turnaround time begins when your order has been confirmed and put into processing and ends when your order is ready for pick up or sent for delivery. This turnaround time can be delayed for large orders or orders requiring proofing. We will let you know your order progress along the way!

When will my order arrive after being shipped?

All North Island shipments are sent on overnight couriers and should arrive the next business day. Please allow an extra 1-2 days for South Island and 3 days for rural deliveries.

Can I track my order?

Once we’ve sent your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number on it. Make sure to check your junk folder if you can’t find it! Otherwise get in touch and we can check the status for you.

My order has arrived damaged what should I do?

We always make sure to package your order correctly so this doesn’t happen. In the unlikely event this has happened to your order, please get in contact with us and we will advise on the best solution.

What happens if my order arrives and it’s incorrect?

We have systems in place so this doesn’t happen, but on occasion it might slip through. If this has happened to you, please get in contact with us as soon as you can so we can rectify the issue!

Do you ship internationally?

We regularly ship to Australia and the Pacific Islands. We can also ship internationally, please get in touch with us about what you’d like to order and where you are shipping to.

Do you design custom trophies?

Yes! We have talented in-house graphic designers who can design concepts to your specifications! We are also more than happy to give you some ideas if you are stuck.

I’m not that creative, can you help me with my text and layout?

Our designers and engravers layout your details to each product. We will offer tweaks and suggestions to make your award look the best it can be! We also have many eyes go over each order throughout the process and will check for any spelling/grammar errors and will confirm with you before production.

Can I have my Logo on my award?

Absolutely! For the best result, we will need a vector format of your logo/artwork.  

Vector files include:

.cdr
.eps
.pdf
.ai

Our designers will look at the specifications of the file you send us and contact you if a different file type is required for a better result.

I don’t have a Vector file formatted Logo, is this a problem?

No, not at all. Our designers are very talented and can re-draw your logo, though this will have additional costs.

Can I see a proof before my award is engraved?

Yes! For all our Acrylic, Glass, Crystal Awards and Plaques we send you a proof for approval before we engrave anything! You can also request a proof of any of your awards. Additional costs may be required.

We do not need a vector file if you are getting a centre image insert or an acrylic award. However, we do still need a high resolution file (300dpi minimum) for the artwork to be sharp on the award.
