To personalise your award you can add your logo, the recipient’s name, and a heartfelt message to make it unforgettable.
Your custom message or artwork can be uploaded with your order or emailed after your transaction is complete. The engraving can be done on a plate fixed to the base, please select from the options below. Select a 50mm centre image or upload your own custom logo.

Shipping Information
Shipping will be added to your order, the amount will depend on the distance to be shipped and size / weight of products purchased. We will endeavour to ship items to you as quickly and safely as we can.
SHIPPING TIMES
We ship Monday – Friday during business hours. Deliveries are not made on weekends. You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.
- Once the order has been completed it is sent on an overnight courier when possible.
- Delivery to rural RD addresses may take a minimum of 2 days
- Deliveries to the South Island that are too large for an overnight satchel will take at least 2-3 days.
If you are not at home to sign for the order the courier company will not deliver, but a notification of attempted delivery and instructions for retrieval card should be left by the company. However if you tick the "No signature required" box on the checkout page, the order will be left unattended on the property.
SHIPPING COSTS
Additional shipping fees may apply if urgent deliveries are required.
- Shipping is set at a standard rate of $10.00 in Auckland per order for urban delivery.
- $15.00 for the rest of New Zealand per order for urban delivery.
- For rural delivery in New Zealand shipping is set at $20.00.
- For Australia and Oceania our shipping is set at $20.00 per order. This may be adjusted depending on the size of the order placed and the address for delivery.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We ship to anywhere in New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific Islands. We cannot ship to a P.O. BOX, we require a street address for delivery.
PICK-UPS
No Charge.
4 pick-up locations available: North Shore, Rosedale. Silverdale. East Tamaki and Petone, Wellington.
